What about ARR (Artist’s Resale Right)?
ARR is an inalienable right for qualifying artists and estates and is administered via registered collecting societies. For qualifying secondary-market sales made through an art-market professional, we identify when ARR applies, calculate the royalty on the statutory sliding scale, and remit it via the appropriate collecting society (Artists’ Collecting Society). We also supply required sale information so royalties reach the artist or estate promptly.
Can you handle shipping and insurance?
Yes. We can arrange insured transport, condition reports, and framing/conservation if needed. For more comprehensive support please see Collection Management.

What if my work doesn’t sell?
Resale is never guaranteed. After the initial term (usually 60 - 90 days), we’ll agree next steps: extend the term, refine the placement strategy, adjust pricing, propose a Spotlight Auction, or unlist the work. You won’t be charged a commission unless a sale completes; any optional services (e.g., in-person condition report, photography, storage, shipping) are only billed if pre-approved.
